The John Varvatos Shopping Spree Promotion ("Promotion") is opened to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia age 21 and older at time of entry. Employees of John Varvatos (the "Sponsor"), its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Promotion, and members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) of same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Promotion governed by U.S. law. Void where prohibited by law.

Promotion begins at 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time ("PST") on 3/10/10 and ends at 11:00 PM (PST) on 3/27/10 ("Promotion Entry Period"). A Winner will be selected in a random drawing within 10 days after the conclusion of the Promotion Entry Period. The Winner will be contacted via phone/email and instructions given on how to redeem their prize.

To enter, visit www.rnrwine.com and follow all online entry instructions to complete and submit the online entry form so it is received during the Promotion Entry Period. Limit: One entry per e-mail address. In the eventuality of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Entrants subject to all notices posted at www.rnrwine.com , including but not limited to privacy policy. Incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries. Neither Sponsor nor independent judging organization assumes responsibility for third parties' failure to act in accordance with Sponsor's instructions pertaining to the implementation of the Promotion. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. No mechanical reproductions permitted. All entries become the Sponsor's property and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, inaccurate, or misdirected entries.

CONSUMER DISCLOSURES: No purchase necessary to enter or win. You have not yet won. Promotion ends at 11:00 PM (PST) on 3/27/10. One Prize (total): A $1,000 Shopping Spree to John Varvatos’ Forum Shops location will be awarded (Retail Value: $1,000.00). The prize will be awarded as a Gift Certificate ("Gift Certificate"). The Gift Certificate is only redeemable for purchases made at the John Varvatos store located in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. The Gift Certificate cannot be redeemed for the purchase of gift cards or as an adjustment to prior purchases. The Gift Certificate may not be returned or redeemed for cash. No credit or cash given for unused portion after Gift Certificate expire. The Gift Certificate will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Total value of the prize: $1,000.00. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, estimated at 1:1,000 per Prize Drawing. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded.

The winner will be selected in a random drawing ("Prize Drawing") conducted by John Varvatos whose decisions is final and binding in all respects. The Prize Drawing will be conducted within Ten (10) days from end of the Promotion Entry Period. The winner will be notified within 24 hours from the date of selection. Potential winner will be notified via phone and/or e-mail. Three attempts will be made to contact the potential winner within a 7 day period. If the potential winner fails to respond within the 7 day period, or if the e-mail attempt is consistently returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Entrants are responsible for notifying Sponsor of changes in e-mail addresses. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if a winner cannot accept or receive the Prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the his/her Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are non-assignable or transferable. No substitutions are permitted except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute prize with one of equal or greater value. Each potential winner is responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning his/her respective prize. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use each winner's name, prize won, hometown and likeness for advertising and publicity including online posting without additional compensation.

Entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and release the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Promotion, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance, use, misuse of any prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Promotion or use or redemption of any prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of prizes. NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS: Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices or as a result of bulk e-mail or spamming of any sort are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (ii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Promotion it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) withdraw or cancel the Promotion if it becomes technically corrupted, (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Promotion), and to select the winners from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.
